These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Nila Jobs by employers, recruiters, companies, and hiring agencies. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.


1. Eligibility

  • Employers must be legally registered businesses, HR consultants, or authorized hiring representatives.
  • You confirm that you have the authority to post jobs on behalf of your organization.
  • False or misleading company information may result in account suspension.

2. Employer Account

  • Employers must create an account to post jobs or access recruitment services.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Any activity under your account will be considered your responsibility.

3. Job Posting Rules

Employers must ensure that:

  • Job postings are accurate, clear, and lawful.
  • No misleading salary, job role, or company information is provided.
  • Jobs do not contain discriminatory language based on caste, religion, gender, age, or disability.
  • No illegal, fraudulent, or unethical job offers are posted.

Nila Jobs reserves the right to remove any job posting that violates these rules without prior notice.


4. Use of Candidate Data

  • Employers may access candidate resumes and profiles only for recruitment purposes.
  • Candidate data must not be:
    • Sold or shared with third parties without consent
    • Used for marketing or unrelated purposes
    • Stored beyond recruitment requirements without permission

Misuse of candidate data may result in legal action and account termination.


5. Paid Services

  • Some services such as job boosting, featured listings, resume database access, or subscription plans may be chargeable.
  • All payments are governed by the Nila Jobs Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Fees are non-refundable once services are activated or delivered.

6. Employer Responsibilities

Employers agree to:

  • Respond professionally to candidates.
  • Provide genuine job opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle hiring decisions independently.

Nila Jobs does not participate in recruitment decisions.


7. Prohibited Activities

Employers must not:

  • Post fake job listings or scams
  • Request payment from candidates for employment
  • Misuse candidate information
  • Post adult, illegal, or unsafe job content
  • Attempt to bypass platform systems or security

Violation may lead to permanent suspension and legal action.


8. No Guarantee of Hiring

  • Nila Jobs does not guarantee candidate applications, hiring success, or workforce quality.
  • We only provide a platform for job posting and candidate discovery.

9. Data and Privacy

  • Employer data and job postings may be visible to job seekers.
  • Candidate data must be handled in accordance with applicable data protection standards.
  • Nila Jobs follows reasonable security measures to protect platform data.

10. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate employer accounts if:

  • False information is provided
  • Fraudulent activity is detected
  • Terms are violated
  • Candidate complaints are verified

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Nila Jobs is not responsible for hiring outcomes, candidate performance, or employment disputes.
  • We act only as an intermediary platform between employers and job seekers.

12. Changes to Terms

  • Nila Jobs may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated terms.
